This is Christine yakking. I have always loved to read. Time has been an issue over the last few years and the need for sleep overtook my need to read. Well, an unexpected windfall of extra time has landed on me (can we say unemployed recently). Between the new puppy, no money and bill juggling I do have extra time to read. I must admit, I haven’t not enjoyed it just a little.
Why this blog you may ask? Well, I wanted a way to chronicle my reading during this time. Since I love all things books (not just reading them), I thought I would share the little snippets, news, thoughts…that I hear about around the kitchen sink (no more water cooler for me), from the internet and eavesdropping at the local coffee shop.
